Stephan Desgaches, (chef) has over 15 years of professional culinary experience, including a top rated, award-winning restaurants in France, South America, the Caribbean, and the United States. He received classic French culinary education and training at the Francois Rabeles in Lyon, France.

Desgaches prepares a menu influenced by cuisine and ingredients of France, the Northwest, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and South America.

Werner Gessner's, (Food & Beverage Director) career path is like thumbing through a world atlas. He's been a top manager for prestigious properties in Germany, Turkey, Egypt,  Monte Carlo, and Bali. Gessner has supervised the opening and operation of highly rated restaurants, including such well-known properties as the Westwood Marquis in Beverly Hills and the Tower in Los Angeles - considered one of the America's best-known, trend-setting French restaurants during the 1980's.
